When RoC > 0 is achieved at any time during the pilot, the Reward price applies retroactively to ALL committed pilot queries — not just queries after the moment RoC > 0. The entire pilot is one billing cycle: content onboarding takes time, and a single cross-boundary governed answer anywhere in the pilot earns the Reward for every pilot month. This rule only exists during the pilot. Post-pilot subscription is full price per seat — there is no Reward rebate.
